I'm writing to let you know how disappointed I am that you've given a paid partnership to Alicia Dougherty of the Dougherty Dozen. Did you not do your homework? Apparently not. She is one of the most hated social media influencers out there. Why, you might ask? She is a known child exploiter! She exploits her kids for fame and fortune, and it's disgusting!
Alicia has adopted kids who've been diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder, yet she and her husband, Josh, drink around them constantly. There are countless videos she's posted to her YouTube and TikTok channels showing them doing so. In fact, when her oldest adoptive son, Alex, was 15 years old, Alicia allowed him to drive home the entire family in their passenger van from a restaurant when she got so drunk she couldn't drive herself. What's more is that Alex didn't have a permit and he had a broken arm. She simply doesn't care!
She has adopted black twins and she has referred to them and her biological son who's almost their same age as 'Oreo triplets.' She's a racist. She has standout favorite kids. She just took her five favorite kids to Universal Studios in Orlando and left her other kids behind at home in Pittsford, NY. She received all sorts of backlash. Her youngest daughter, Harlee, has her own YouTube channel...she's 7. On it, Alicia allows her to show how to apply skin products and makeup. She's grooming her little daughter for all the sickos to see.
Of all people to align with for skincare products! Alicia has the absolute worst skin for someone who's 45 years old. She looks haggard...like an 85-year-old woman...and she overuses filters all the time. When you do see a glimpse of what her skin really looks like, it's shocking!

I play a virtual golf game on my computer. There is a place where if you buy an Olay product they are offering, you get rewards from buying products from them.
In this case, Olay skin cream. The offer was twice the rewards, adding up to 61,740 points toward the computer game. Olay denies paying the rewards, thus cheating the public out of $600 for each transaction they deny. The customer support is non-existent and the public gets deceived.
They want proof of purchase. They don't know what you bought from them. Then they claim this is not the original invoice.
They get your money, invoice number, etc. It is a ploy to cheat you.

Verified ReviewerI have tried multiple places to complaint about a $40 eye cream which the tiny bottle was 1/3 full. Got a place that wanted me to sign up for $46 to help me. Then was talking to customer service at O.

- Cream was thick and on one side, about 1/3 full.
- About 1/4 teaspoon present.
- It cost $40 and the cream is dried out.
I made a complaint about the eye cream jar was half empty and cream was hard. I was asked to contact the place where I bought because Olay did not have anything to do refunds on faulty products.
The tiny jar was imposs to open. The when it was open the cream was only one side and thick and 1/3 full from top to bottom whether the other side of the jar was empty.
Maybe a 1/4 teaspoon of product.
This for $40 dollar. The cream is so dried out you can spread it

Rewards not given on WGT
- Emails say they are looking into it, but the credit timeline has passed.
- They request screenshots as proof.
- They feel no effort to credit the awards.
I keep receiving emails that they are looking into it , but tell me the timeline has past to award the credits. Same song and dance.
Please send me screenshots and so on. They are making no effort to credit the awards.
At this point in time , I Beleive they going to deny the awards I am entitled to. Very disappointing.

Olay along with its advertisers WGT, Tapjoy, and offerwall refuse to give the credits I earned by buying the Olay special Offer. At this point all 4 companies do not care about the consumer.
The federal trade commission slapped them with fines in the past for their dishonest practices. I have written a complaint to the FTC but no help so far.
Olay will not help. I would advise not buying Olay products because they advertise with a bunch of thieves.

Packaging is extremely deceptive. I have photos of how misleading they are. In 2018 those packaging methods were supposed to be removed and yet they have gotten worse.

It is time the public is made more aware of these deceptions, as they are literally being robbed. Companies such as yours are not meant to behave like cheap back alley charlatans.

It sounds like you got scammed.
Yes I did get scammed. They offered awards as credits and fulfilled all of the lsteps to get the credits worth about $600 and they scammed me out of them.
Thleir anser is we are referring to a different support number. This ahs been going on since November 29, 2024. Olay, Offerwall and WGT are all in together. No one will help.
I beleive all these companies are interested in getting their money but not paying what they owe.
They even agreed they owned it and still will not pay. This is where corporate greed is happening in America.
